The space
Our tiny home has two floors, both of which are split level. The great room has a couch, window seat, and the TV (which looks like a framed painting).
The master is just off the great room and has a queen bed and an open closet. There is no door between the master and great room. The only bathroom is off the master.
The kitchen is also off the great room and has a small table for meals.
The bonus room has two bunk beds and is off the kitchen.
There is a covered porch on the back of the house and, 100 feet down a flag stone path, is a patio area. The patio has a hot tub, outdoor fireplace, propane grill, and table and chairs.

Guest access
All areas of the house, patio, and immediate surroundings are available for use by guests. The only exception is the owner's closet, which is located in the bonus room and is locked.

Please keep on our side of the creek. The property line is just on the other side.

Other things to note
This house was designed as a couples getaway. As such, the master bedroom does not have a door for privacy and the only bathroom is off of the master bedroom.
The bunk room is intended as a bonus room for children and has no closet.
We ask that all guests wishing to book for four adults to consider the above limitations before making a reservation.

We do our best to schedule all maintenance while the house is empty, however, on rare occasions, maintenance personnel may need to access the outside of the property during a guest's stay. These may include, but aren't limited to: yearly septic inspection, pest control, propane refills, etc. While these visits are brief, they are not pre-scheduled and will occur without advance notice.
