The house has everything necessary for a comfortable stay: 2 rooms, air conditioning, fan, equipped kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, kettle, cooking utensils; bathroom with window and shower area; spacious balcony with hammock and dining area, large windows, hot water, bed linen and towels, 2 work places and Wi-Fi 500 Mbps.

We care about the environment and support economical consumption of electricity and water and do not include utilities in the rental price - guests pay individually for electricity and water and have the opportunity to influence their expenses, ecological footprint and future of the planet 🌎

Electricity is paid separately upon check out at a rate of 6 baht per unit, water and Wi-Fi is free. Average consumption is 35-90 baht per day for all guests (1-3$). Cleaning is not included in the price but can be ordered separately.

Sometimes on the island there is a short-term outage of electricity and water in all areas because of weather and work of public services.
