The dining and living rooms have an open floor plan. There is a private king master suite on each of the 3 floors to make your vacation more enjoyable. The 3rd-floor bedroom is open on one end to bring in the views and opens to a loft (see floor plan photos). It is accessed by a spiral staircase. It does creak due to the wood material it is made of. The loft has 2 folding beds with memory foam mattresses. These are the same foldaway beds used in 5-star hotels and are comfortable for tall adults and children alike. The bathroom on this level has a walk-in shower for your ease of use.

The cabin includes many amenities for your entertainment. Downstairs you will find a great room with a pool table, air hockey, a large flat-screen TV, an arcade game (multicade with 60 games), a life-size Connect 4, a mini fridge/wine fridge, a billiards high top and bar stools, and a large sofa for you to relax on. Your hot tub is just outside the door on the lower-level deck. The master suite on this level includes a jetted tub and walk-in shower. The laundry closet is also on this level for your convenience.

The cabin has 2 covered balcony levels equipped with new Polywood seating. The upper deck has 1 set of rocking chairs and a drink table and a set of high Adirondack chairs to provide you with easy viewing over the railing. They have a connected table and cup holders to allow room for your dining enjoyment. We just added a new gas grill with propane (2 canisters).

There is another set of these high Adirondack chairs with a connected, attached table on the lower deck that also houses the hot tub. Enjoy string lights in the evening on this level.

All levels have Roku Smart TVs for your entertainment needs. Bring your login information for preferred streaming services. High-speed internet is provided by Comcast/Xfinity (Extreme Pro).

As noted, Breathless gets its name from the gorgeous direct views of the Smoky Mountains, including Mt. LeConte. You can enjoy a relaxing day watching the view in the quiet of the mountains or take a short drive to all the action Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the surrounding areas have to offer. The cabin is the second-to-last cabin in a cul-de-sac so you won't have as much traffic passing through during your stay. You can park 2-3 cars right in front of the cabin.

For meal preparation, the cabin has a full-size galley-style kitchen that includes everything you need minus the food! Sorry, no ice maker due to flood risk (but there is a Shell station nearby that sells ice). The dining table accommodates 6. There are extra TV trays in the laundry closet. The view from the table is spectacular! It is also possible to eat on the deck. There is a bistro table for 2 on the hot tub deck. There are Keurig and drip coffee machines and a sampling of K-Cups.

There are 3 steps leading to the front porch of the cabin. On this level is a king master suite, kitchen, living room, covered deck/balcony, and dining room. This is a great level for guests who don't want to navigate a lot of stairs-just the 3 to the front door! Easy to unload your belongings from the flat, paved parking in front of the cabin.

The view from Breathless is something you will never tire of. The view is constantly changing depending on the season, sun, and clouds. It is called the “Smoky Mountains” because many times you will see the clouds and fog (smoke) moving throughout the mountains below you; it just never gets old….

The dining room table and the deck are great places for you to sit and relax while gazing over the mountains. Imagine exercising at the resort community center, swimming in the resort’s pool, enjoying a meal from the community restaurant, Coco's Cantina, or just relaxing at the picnic area all at the top of the mountain overlooking the Great Smoky Mountains-the view is spectacular!

💸Look for Length of Stay Discounts (ex. if you stay a minimum amount of nights, you may see an extra discount)

"Climb the mountain not to plant your flag, but to embrace the challenge, enjoy the air and behold the view. Climb it so you can see the world, not so the world can see you." - David McCullough Jr.

PROVIDED: All linens included (sheets, blankets, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, & kitchen towels).

PETS: One dog under 20 lbs. is allowed, with the exception of certified service animals. The price per stay is $75 plus tax and fees.

INFO: You will receive an extensive digital guidebook in the check-in email a few days before your trip. Note-you may need to copy and paste this into your browser.

***The cabin does not have a working ice machine due to the increased flooding hazard and well water.

STARTER PACK: 2 toilet paper rolls, bath bar soap, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion per bathroom, a small dishwashing soap bottle, 1 roll of paper towels, an assortment of laundry detergent pods, an assortment of dishwashing detergent, sponge, makeup wipes, and K-Cups.

⭐️TRAVEL INSURANCE: This is not a requirement but is highly recommended. Other things to note

Neighborhood highlights

This cabin is located in Legacy Mountain Resort. Included is an amenities center/clubhouse with a fireplace that uses wood in the poolside pavilion. Bring your own wood, if interested. There is no outdoor fire pit at the cabin. We do have an electric fireplace in the cabin. The amenities center is a short walk (500 ft) from the cabin and there is more parking there. The community saltwater pool is accessible Memorial Day to Labor Day, sometimes longer, depending on the weather. The dry sauna is not open with enough regularity to advertise but it may be open during your stay. The gym, community space, and pool deck are open year-round. Please be aware that cabin owners do not control the amenities-availability, condition, or experience.

Located off of Upper Middle Creek Rd. You will turn right out of the neighborhood to reach the Parkway.

Cell phone reception is good. The WiFi (Comcast/Xfinity) is also great and can be used for calling if your cell phone carrier does not provide a great signal.

There is small to large wildlife in the area because we are in the woods. Please keep your doors and windows closed/locked. Do not leave trash and food accessible to wildlife. The outdoor trash cans are located in a bear-resistant black metal box. To open, open the carabiner clip and remove to open the door. Make sure it is secure after accessing the trash cans. If not secure, a bear will open the box and make a mess with all of your trash. Please lock your car doors and cabin front door because bears can open doors and cause a lot of damage and ruin your vacation. The black bears in the Smokies don't hibernate like other bears. You may not see them during the coldest months but they are awake and looking for food.

LEGACY MOUNTAIN ZIPLINE is located in the neighborhood. It is the longest zipline in the U.S and rated #1 in the Pigeon Forge area. They have 6 ziplines, ranging from 450 to 3,400 feet long!

***99% of the cabins in the Smokies source their water from a well. Legacy Mountain is on a large, community well system. You may smell sulfur, which is naturally occurring. It is more common with hot water since the water goes through the hot water heater. If you run the water for a few minutes, the smell dissipates. This is not common at this cabin but is possible and not cause for alarm.
