This 5 Bedroom, 4 Full Bathroom home features an open-concept floor plan, offering a spacious great room with a cozy fireplace and an abundance of natural light. A large, fully-equipped kitchen is a chef's delight and the game room will be sure to keep our guests entertained!
The well-thought-out split floor plan ensures privacy for everyone. The primary suite has a separate entrance to the backyard, a walk-in closet, and a spa-like bathroom with soaking tub! Our home also features four additional guest bedrooms and three guest bathrooms.

FAQ & RULES:
HEATED POOL:
The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $80/day and must be heated for the entirety of the stay. Please be aware that heat pumps will only raise the water temp by 10-30 degrees fahrenheit under ideal conditions. For example, during the colder months when temps are 30-50 degrees, the pool when heated will not reach more than 60-80 degrees. While we do our best to maintain comfortable pool temperatures, weather conditions may affect the exact temperature.
OCCUPANCY:
If you have additional unapproved guests, your reservation will be automatically canceled with no refund. The amount of guests you book for is the allowed amount at the property at any time. Our maximum capacity is 10 people.
SECURITY:
We have exterior security cameras on the sides of the house for guest and host security. There is an exterior doorbell camera located at the front entrance that records upon motion. These are in place for your safety and protection! Do not touch, cover or tamper with the cameras. Doing so will result in immediate eviction of all guests w/ no refund for unused nights. There are NO cameras inside the home.
VENDORS:
Outside vendors must be approved by host to ensure we are in compliance with the city and not violating the additional guest rules.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 9:00am per city noise ordinance. If the police are called, guests will be responsible for the fine (up to $2500)
EARLY CHECK IN:
We try our best to accommodate an early check in. We use the time between guests to thoroughly clean and perform any maintenance tasks so it is perfect for you! Please reach out to request an early check in (early check in fees may apply)
LATE CHECK OUT:
Our home is in high demand and we often have back to back reservations. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest.
Late check-outs may be pre-arranged (late check out fee may apply), however you must do this well in advance. Please do not ask for a late check out during your stay. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and cannot be rescheduled.
DO YOU PROVIDE TOWELS?
Yes, we provide bath and pool towels!
DECORATIONS:
Absolutely no tape, sticky/adhesive dots or decor with adhesive strips allowed (this removes the wall paint! And you will be charged for repair)
Do not stick or hang anything to any walls.
NO confetti or glitter inside or outside, that includes confetti balloons. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
PETS?
This is a pet free home - we absolutely love pets but for the safety and health of our owner's & other guests, pets are not allowed.
This is a non-smoking property.
This property and all guests must comply with AZ Senate Bill SB 1168, City of Scottsdale ordinance Sections 18 - 150, 18 - 121 and all state and city regulations. **All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short term rentals shall have a maximum family size of six adults (and their related dependent children).
