Breakaway Guest House is a contemporary getaway located 2 blocks off Main Street in the heart of Fredericksburg's Historic District. We are walking distance to many of the finest dining establishments Fredericksburg has to offer including Casa Chloe, Lincoln Street Wine Bar, and Mesquite at the Warehouse, as well as just minutes from great shopping, art, and entertainment. We are dog friendly with a REQUIRED NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE, and do limit to 2 dogs per booking. Permit #FBGTX-29867

The space
We are doing our part to keep our guests safe by expanding our cleaning standards and using disinfectants aimed at killing COVID-19. Your safety, and that of your families, continues to be at the forefront of our minds.

Guest access
The guest house is yours in its entirety, including the fenced in back yard. The back yard is fenced but part of the fence is short and can be jumped by larger dogs. Please stay outside with your pet at all times and keep them on a leash if necessary.

Other things to note
We have a queen bed in the bedroom across from the bathroom and a king bed and 2 twin pull out chairs in the loft. We have been told by numerous guests that the pull out chairs are quite comfortable! Bedrooms and the bathroom are all up stairs.

Per city ordinances city quiet times are 10 PM to 7 PM. Should we be cited for a disturbance the fine will be passed on to our guests. Fredericksburg is a dark skies community so we kindly ask that all outside lights be turned off before you retire at night. Our guest house is located in a residential neighborhood and we want to be respectful of our neighbors.
