The apartment has a complete set of household appliances and utensils including pans and cutlery, air conditioning in all rooms, water filter, fridge, gas oven and cooker, mini-electric oven, coffee machine, mixer, iron, hair drier, baby crib, tablecloth, bath towels and beddings. Small pets are allowed. The guests are required to follow the condominium rules and good neighborliness is advised.

Our flat has beautiful bay view surrounded by green mountains and the impressive Frade’s peak. Private beaches access can be reached with less than a 2-minute walk. You will find two stretches of sand bathed by a sea without big waves, perfect for kids and water sports.

Here you will find outlets where you can easily rent a boat or book a trip to the surrounding islands. The condominium complex has 24-hour security. In a few minutes walking there is the local market and a bakery, a restaurant and a coffee. Moreover, if you don’t fancy walking, you can use the free shuttle service that takes you to the main entrance where you will be able to take a bus downtown or to the closer cities. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away by car, and the Frade village with other kinds of stores is 10 minutes further.

We are from the countryside of Rio de Janeiro state, but we have been living in the city of Sao Paulo for a long time. I love to travel and to have contact with other cultures.
