The space
Apartment 602 is a studio-type unit measuring 30 m² (323 sq. ft.), located on the sixth floor, and the building has an elevator.
In the bedroom, there is a comfortable queen-sized bed, an extra single mattress, and a clothes rack.
It has air conditioning.
The bathroom has an electric shower and hair dryer.
We have a compact kitchenette with a fridge, electric stove, air fryer, microwave, electric kettle, sandwich maker, blender, electric coffee maker, Nespresso machine, pots, and utensils for your convenient meals.
There is an iron and a clothesline.
Bed and bath linens are provided.
The garage space is designated by the apartment number.

Guest access
Our concierge is 24/7. Prior to your arrival we pass your documentation and upon arrival simply identify yourself. Access to the apartment is by elevator and using an electronic lock code.

Access available to the guest:
1. Fitness center from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
2. Coworking from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
3. Swimming pool open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
4. Scheduled laundry and for stays longer than 7 days.

Other spaces such as barbecueiras, jacuzzi and ballroom are for the exclusive use of the residents.
The use without authorization generates the collection of the space fee + fine.

The parking space is fixed and is marked by the apartment number on the floor.

Other things to note
In a few minutes' walk/drive you can reach the beach, bars, and various shops.
For longer stays, we provide extra housekeeping if necessary paid in-part directly to our partners.

Accommodation Rules:

1. No smoking inside the apartment.
2. No visitors.
3. Only people registered on the reservation are permitted overnight in the apartment.
4. When you go out please ensure that the lights and air-conditioning are turned off.
5. Do not use the elevators while wearing swimwear, shirtless, or if you are wet.
6. Remove excess sand from the beach before returning to the apartment.
7. Be zealous with our trousers, damage and difficult stains will be charged.
8. It is forbidden to hang clothes/towels on the balcony/windows.
9. No parties/gatherings inside the apartment; please respect quiet hours (10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.).
10. At check-out, trash must be removed from the apartment.
11. Accidents happen – please be sure to let us know if you damage anything inside the apartment.
12. If you forget something, we'll return it to you! The service fee is R$100,00 + freight/packing of the post office.
13. Failure to comply with the rules of the apartment or the condominium will result in a fine, which will be charged to the guest responsible for the reservation.
