The space
3 Units in a 4plex property with 1x 3 bedroom upstairs unit and 2x 2 bedroom basement units. The 3 bedroom unit and 1 basement unit is connected an additional basement unit is located on the other side of the property. There is a full bath in each unit and enough space for everyone in the Team or family to be comfortable - Each Unit has it's own spacious living room, kitchen and Laundry. With more than enough room for the kids to play or to dry your equipment
The upstairs 3 bedroom unit is also perfect for guests with limited mobility, featuring a mechanical lift for easy access to the 34-inch front door and a completely step-free interior layout (please note the suite is single-level but not fully adapted for independent wheelchair use).

Upstairs:
Open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. Ideal for unwinding after a day exploring the city, mountains, Training or working.
2X Downstairs units:
Huge living area with an open space for kids play area.
Guests have private access to the entire place with the exception of the pantry in the upstairs unit.
Interaction is low, but either my mom or I can be contacted through the app or by text.
If my mom is around she will pop in to say hi and check in on you to make sure you are comfortable from time to time.
We are close to major Highways and major bus routes. Parking is available at the back but during the winter it is usually easier to park on the street.
