The space
The apartment is composed as follows:
• An entrance overlooking the living room, a powder room and a hallway leading to the bedrooms and bathroom.
In this entrance is a console, the intercom and access to the electric meter and its circuit breaker panel. In one corner there is also a fire extinguisher. The entrance door is equipped with an electronic lock and a peephole. There is a closet in the entrance to hang clothes and there is also a bucket with a mop.
• A large space including the living room, dining room and kitchen where you will find a sofa bed, coffee tables, 2 armchairs, a TV, a sideboard, a connected speaker (Bluetooth & Wifi Cast), connectors for charging (45W - USB-C, Apple and mini-USB), a dining table for 6 people with chairs. The kitchen is equipped and fully functional with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, induction stove with range hood, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee machine and electric kettle. Dishes and cutlery are distributed in the kitchen furniture and the buffet in the dining area. A trash can, handheld vacuum cleaner and cleaning kit are located under the sink. The thermostat that regulates the temperature (19.5°C) is located near the TV which is attached to the wall.
• A loggia, unheated but lit by a suspension, overlooking the interior space of the residence where there is garden furniture to relax (bench, small table, chairs and deckchairs). Smoking or vaping is not allowed in this area.
• At the end of the hallway leading to the entrance, a small distribution space where there is a fitted closet and access to the gas boiler where there is a cylinder vacuum cleaner.
• A large bedroom located at the back of the apartment with a 160 bed for 2 people, two nightstands with lamps that light up at the touch, a desk for working and a chair. An ethernet network socket is located at one of the nightstands.
• A second smaller bedroom where there is a 140 cm bed for 2 people with 2 nightstands and two blades that light up when touched. In this room there is a large fitted closet where the essentials for the sofa bed (duvet and pillows) are stored.
• A bathroom with bathtub and glass shower screen, with a washing machine, sink and lighted mirror. There's also a small bench. In the drawers of the bathroom furniture you will find a hairdryer. Shampoo and shower gel are available.
• A private PRM parking space is available in the basement garage and close to the building entrance and garage exit, which is accessed with a beep (a URL provided also allows the garage door to be opened without the beep). Access to the building from the garage requires a key that is provided
A welcome guide is also provided to allow a proper installation and use of all the elements of the apartment (Internet, TV, appliances, entrances-exits, etc.).
The accommodation is very quiet and we thank you in advance for respecting the tranquility of the other residents of this small residence.
Situation:
This listing is located in a 2019 residence, in the Monconseil eco-district in Tours Nord.
In the immediate vicinity of the residence you will find, in particular, a bakery, grocery store, pizzeria, butcher, florist...
A tram stop is a 5-minute walk away and allows you to be in the city center in 15 minutes and to be at Tours train station in 20 minutes (Note: different from St Pierre des Corps). A bus stop is even closer to the accommodation but less convenient to get to Tours. We leave rechargeable tickets (to be recharged) available in the apartment.
By car, 5 minutes away you have access to a large shopping mall, a shopping area, restaurants, a cinema and Tours Val de Loire Airport.
Access to the A10 highway is very easy and allows you to reach the city center (10 min) or the south of Tours very quickly (free section).
A Tesla supercharger is located in Rochecorbon about 10 minutes from the apartment.
From this accommodation, you will have ideal access to the banks of the Loire and the various tourist visits (castles) that this beautiful region offers.
Guest access
The entire apartment and its private underground parking is at your disposal.
Only a closet in the bathroom is locked and its use is reserved for us, to store personal belongings and cleaning supplies.
Other things to note
The different accesses to this accommodation are via electronic entrances that can be activated remotely by guests and by ourselves. For this reason, it is forbidden to disconnect the power supply to the Wi-Fi router, the electronic lock in the entrance and the Wi-Fi relay located in a small box in the master bedroom.
In case of breakdown or simply preference, a set of keys is of course available.
