The property is also just two doors down from the iconic “Grandmother’s House” (the one from over the river and through the woods), adding a unique touch of local charm.

You’ll be conveniently close to Tufts University, Assembly Row, and the Mystic River area, with great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment nearby. The home also provides quick access to major highways and transit, making it easy to reach downtown Boston, Cambridge, Harvard, MIT, Boston University, and Fenway Park.

Guest access
Guests have full, private access to the entire home with the exception of the basement and 2 locked owner's closets. Parking for up to three vehicles is available in the driveway with additional free street parking available on a first come first serve basis.

Other things to note
Linens, bath/hand/wash towels and start-up toiletries are provided.

Some road noise is possible; sound machines are provided in bedrooms

We are located near a busy intersection and backing out of the driveway can be slightly challenging during high traffic times.

No smoking (cigarettes or other) on property at all ($250 fee for violations)

Exterior only security cameras monitor both audio and video on all exterior entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.
