STAY WITH US AND ENJOY THE ISLAND VIBE! Enjoy this boutique experience with all you need to create great memories. Steps from the door is a beautiful beach Playa Azul great ocean view from the balcony & great views of the rainforest from the kitchen & the back bedrooms. Perfectly located.
Beach & El Yunque Rainforest Amazing Restaurants food truck and 14 miles of beach shoreline. Location Location & the entire place have AC and ceiling fans.

The space
Our Condo is very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths.
Location, location, location! Our view is awesome we are on the 3rd floor.
Beachfront with a beautiful view from the balcony of Costa Azul beach on the front and a beautiful view of El Yunque Rain Forrest from the back of the condo.
We provide 3 TVs, one 65" in the living room, 55" in the guest room, and a 32" tv in the master bedroom.
Alexa is in the living room.
Air conditioning in the entire place.
The nightly rate is a bit higher to help the cost of electricity on the island that is ridiculous.
We offer AC in the entire unit. That makes a world of difference after a hot day in the sun.

Other things to note
No smoking inside the condo.
The HOA prohibits hanging towels on the Veranda, bathing suits, or clothes on the balcony veranda.
We have a dry rack on the back of the balcony for your convenience.
Please dry and remove the sand from your feet before entering the condo.
