Enjoy the convenience of staying in this centrally-located place. This apartment is along Libjo Nat’l Rd, Batangas City and ideal to those who need a transient place for work, study or even rest. It is near the industrial zone and recommended to those who work in the area. It is also a jeepney ride away to the city center and BSU Main Campus.
It is very accessible and near Talipapa Market and food stores. 7Eleven Dali and Alfamart are also within the area. SM City Batangas is just 2km away.

The space
The unit is at the Second Level of a small building along Libjo Main Road. It is a 1-Bedroom Furnished Unit. There is an allotted 1 covered parking space within the compound premises.

The bedroom has a full size bed and a balcony. The kitchenette is also furnished with dinnerwares and basic appliances for heating meals.

This unit also has it’s own toilet and bath.

Guest access
Apartment Unit#5 is for your exclusive use. A common staircase leads to the Second Level units. The designated unit can be accessed thru a passcode that will be provided prior to check in.

Other things to note
Since the Apartment Building is along the Main Road, expect some noises from passing vehicles. The Ground Level of the building are commercial spaces that can get busy during daytime. Moreover, the driveway/entryway going to the parking space is a bit tight but SUVs can fit.

Internet is available thru Wifi and is shared among tenants of the building.

Those who book this unit may have a discounted rate in our Guesthouse with pool that is located in the nearby barangay (2km away).
