1. Arrival Information:
Check-in time starts at 4 PM. Please plan your arrival accordingly to ensure a smooth check-in process. If you would like to check in sooner than 4 pm, and we can accommodate, we might charge a small fee of $50, depending on time. Please notify us in advance so we can do our best to accommodate your schedule.
2. Accessing the Property :
The property is located at 1707 Lake Shore Drive, Branson, Missouri, Building 1, unit #2, set in a peaceful neighborhood on Lake Taneycomo. Upon arrival, you will find a keypad lock on the main entrance door. You will receive your unique entry code via email or text message for your day of arrival. Enter this code on the keypad to unlock the door.
3. Key Location:
No physical keys are required during your stay. The keypad entry system secures the property, allowing keyless, convenient access.
4. Special Instructions:
- Please ensure the keypad door is fully closed and locked when leaving the property.
- If you arrive after 10 PM, please keep noise to a minimum to respect the quiet neighborhood environment.
- Should you encounter any difficulties with the keypad or entry, contact us immediately for assistance through the app.
- Enjoy the serene lakefront setting and the easy access to Branson’s entertainment district, golf courses, and attractions.
6. Parking Information:
Guest parking is available directly in the parking lot of the property at 1707 Lake Shore Drive. There is ample space for two - three vehicles.
