With open light-filled living, and luxurious finishes inside and out, it is perfect for groups wanting the serenity of a rural lifestyle without sacrificing the convenience of town. Make use of the sparkling solar-heated pool as you take in the mountain views, rest easy in one of six bedrooms, four with plush king beds, or get out to explore Mudgee’s best-kept secrets.

The space
Feel yourself relaxed as soon as you arrive at Bonnie View, one of Mudgee’s most sought-after luxury properties for large groups. This private and peaceful retreat offers complete seclusion while still being just 5km from the hustle and bustle of downtown Mudgee. Modern and contemporary, with timber floors throughout, Bonnie View offers all the modern conveniences you’d expect coupled with stunning mountain panoramas and an entertainer’s backyard.

The open plan living area features a plush L-shaped sofa, multi-room Sonos bluetooth indoor-outdoor speaker system, wood burning fireplace and a brand new pool table. Large sliding doors frame the scenic Mudgee farmlands that surround the property. In the kitchen you’ll have everything you need to whip up a meal at home, including a full-sized fridge and freezer, microwave, stainless steel oven and stove, two dishwashers and Nespresso machine. A spacious centre island offers additional breakfast bar seating or cooking prep space. An adjoining private dining area with wall-to-wall glass windows and a 12-seater timber table offers the perfect place for the whole group to gather and enjoy a meal together.

Rest easy in one of six bedrooms. The master suite features a king bed, reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fan, private patio overlooking the pool and mountains plus, its own ensuite with a walk-in robe, dual sinks, a rainfall showerhead and toilet. There is a second king bedroom with a ceiling fan and private ensuite and two other king bedrooms with ceiling fans which share a third bathroom with shower. The fifth bedroom offers a queen bed with ceiling fan, while the sixth bedroom is set up with two singles, a ceiling fan and is perfect for those travelling with children. A fourth bathroom is available for guest use with a shower, toilet and mirrored vanity.

The fully-fenced backyard is a rural resort offering a solar-heated, in-ground private pool surrounded by a travertine tiled patio and plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. The garden also features a BBQ, fire pit and festoon lights for cosy nights under the stars, a hammock, tree swing, human-sized Jenga set, kids table with umbrella and white Adirondack chairs. Other amenities including heating and cooling throughout, luggage drop-off and complimentary Sukin consumables for your stay.

Pool towels are provided for all guests.

Please note, firewood is only supplied to guests from April to September. If you are staying outside of these months, please be sure to pick some up on your way!

We are pet-friendly—please add the number of pets you're travelling with and let us know about your furry friend at the time of booking so we can assess if the space is suitable for them.

You'll find a porta cot and a high chair for your convenience. If you require cot linen, including a towel, it's available for an additional fee of $15. We also offer rollaway bed rentals suitable for a small child, complete with bedding and linen, for $30.

After forming strong relationships with homeowners and caring for their properties as if they were our own, we decided to take the company to the next level and expand into providing a one-stop-shop for the short term rental market. The Bliss Group now has 25 team members dedicated to providing top quality guest experiences. I have lived in Mudgee for 3 years with my husband and 2 boys, and have only left on 3 occasions because I absolutely love it here. It has so much to offer including a relaxed laid back country lifestyle (with not one set of traffic lights), a strong sense of community, picturesque scenery and phenomenal food, wine and boutique shopping—we are the 3rd largest grape producing region in NSW and we won NSW & Australia “Top Tourism Town” in 2021 and 2022!
