Evening walks along the promenade while joggers are out, people are walking their dogs, or just taking a stroll with a soft-serve ice-cream in hand. You will not want to leave :-)

Beautifully appointed, top floor apartment with stunning mountain and sea views. Open plan living area with views from every window. Watch the sun rise over the Hottentot mountains and the sunset over Cape Towns Table mountain.

Two bedrooms, master en-suit offers the same beautiful views. A private enclosed patio for morning coffees, or glass of wine taking in breathtaking sunsets.

Full work environment with dedicated work office. Desk, meeting table and coffee server.

Other things to note
CLEANING - As this is a long stay, the cleaning of the apartment will take place weekly. The cleaning will involve changing linen and towels, cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms and windows. Washing and ironing of your clothing can be arranged at an extra fee. This weekly cleaning is compulsory to ensure the apartment remains in tip top condition and the linen maintained for future guests.

PARKING - Please confirm if there is availability of lock up garage during your stay. There is limited communal parking, available on a first come first serve bases, and if there is no designated communal parking you will need to park your vehicle outside the complex. Only one vehicle allowed. Please register your vehicle on arrival with the Building Manager. Failure to register your vehicle may result in your vehicle being clamped and a R1,000.00 charge to release the vehicle. Day guests may not park their vehicles in the complex and must leave their vehicles outside.

CHILDREN - No children under the age of 12 please, for safety reasons, as the apartment is located on the top floor.
