This 13 foot 1974 Boler has been completely redone. Parked lakeside on the beautiful Zwickers Lake, just steps from the beach, the Boler is outfitted in with a dock and outdoor kitchen (BBQ, camp stove and propane). Bedding, utensils, cooking tools are not provided.
A communal flush toilet bathroom is just 100 feet away. Firewood is available for purchase for $8 a bin. Come enjoy the spectacular sunsets!
The space
Sleeps two only! Guest count: Airbnb does not count infants as guests, but we must. Please do not attempt to book this property for more than 2 people, total, including babies or toddlers.
This off grid 13 foot Boler has been lovingly redone and is waiting for you to enjoy it.
Guests must bring their own pillows, sleeping bags or other bedding items, as well as camp chairs, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, cooler and ice for your food and drinks. The Boler has an outdoor kitchen that includes a BBQ, camp stove and propane. There’s a tap with drinking water on the outside of the washroom building.
There is no power at the Boler - you can recharge your phones using the plug in the bathroom building. Wifi is available!
A few realities of #BolerLife:
The Boler sleeps two. The top bunk is only rated for up to 80 pounds. The double bed is 6 feet long - if you're taller, you're not going to be super comfortable.
There is no heat or air conditioning in the Boler. As it's parked in the shade, it doesn't get too hot.
The Boler is situated on a small cove, and the shared beach is behind the Boler and roughly 60 feet away.
The washroom is 100 feet from the Boler. It has a flush toilet, sink, and shower. The outdoor tap with filtered drinkable water. This washroom is also used by other guests on the property during the day.
The Boler has a private fire pit. There is also a communal beach fire pit, and the Boler’s deck and picnic table area is visible from the communal fire pit and from the fishing dock. Firewood can be purchased for $8 a bundle, cash only, or you are welcome to bring your own. Two plastic Adirondack chairs are provided on the deck.
Two kayaks, a canoe and two stand up paddleboards are available for your use. Please note: the motor boats are not for guest use.
Life jackets are provided, for kids and adults. There’s a lovely hammock at the property’s communal beach.
This is a quiet lake, and loud partying is not permitted. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am. We do live on site, and are usually available at all times. Absolutely no fireworks permitted.
Unfortunately we are not able to allow day use visitors or extra guests. The property is for the use of those on the reservation only.
One small to medium sized dog is welcome but must be leashed at all times. Unfortunately, large dogs just won’t fit in the Boler, which is very tiny.

The property is home to cats and chickens, and other guests staying on the property may have dogs on a leash.
