Welcome to our quaint family getaway at Grand Lake. We are just steps to Grand Lake water views and drop-in access. We are surrounded by the town’s amazing local businesses, recreation, and entertainment. RMNP is a short 5 min drive!

There is no central A/C in the Boardwalk Plaza condos, and window units are currently disallowed by the HOA. The elevation of Grand Lake is 8,439 ft. During the hottest Summer days, the average highs are in the 70s and the average lows are in the 40s. Open windows in the evening, the high powered ceiling fan, and additional box fan will keep you comfortable in the fresh mountain air.

Guest access
You will have full access to the condo unit, its front patio, and the plaza's shared community rooftop deck. Parking is directly in front of the condo.

Early check-in and/or late checkout are not available June - October.
