The front deck area provides partial shade and the rear verandah provides full shade.
Dine outdoors on the front deck overlooking the pool.
Enjoy sunset drinks at the long bar tables for 12, near the firepit or eat undercover, looking out to the back forest near the bbq. Lots of areas to play with outdoor games.
Kitchen includes a gas stove/oven, fridge + freezer, kettle, toaster, toast + sandwich press, rice cooker, Nespresso coffee machine + pods, and a large array of plateware, tableware + serving platters + glassware galore.
Acryclic cocktail/champagne + wine + beer glasses are for your use poolside.
Four bedrooms - 3 queen beds & 2 KSB ( Lowline bunk set)
On request (min. 48 hrs notice): 1 porta cot + 2 Children’s camp beds (2-5 yo)

Bó Farm is all yours. The farm is not suitable for your pets due to the nature of the furnishings + the hazards of an unfenced dam and our own livestock.
We stock a basic pantry which includes: Nespresso Coffee pods, Black and Herbal Teas, Salt, Pepper & Olive Oil.
Please pop into a shop for your supplies, have it delivered to the house, or even better, enjoy a meal prepared by your very own private chef or a gourmet take away delivered to the home.
Serious pampering sessions - Massage + beauty treatments can be booked to pamper yourself and your friends at the farm.
We collect rainwater to use in the house

and we operate a bio septic toilet system.
Supervision of your children, at all times, is essential.
We have exterior security cameras.
