A modern furnished upper floor flat in the heart of Bremerhaven. Spend a great time in the historic Bürgermeister-Smidt-Staße, the trendy "alte Bürger" district where everyone knows everyone.
The flat is close to the Weser dyke, Bremerhaven's best cafés, all major tourist attractions and is well connected.

Spend your stay in our lovingly furnished 82 sqm upper floor flat.

The flat has a large, bright living room with loft character and a view of the beautiful old buildings of the "Alte Bürger". Up to six people can sit comfortably on the huge sofa and a sleeping chair, or up to three people can sleep. At the large dining table you can eat together, work together or end the evening with a board game from our chest of drawers.

In the separate bedroom with a large double bed and wardrobe, two people can spend the night.

The modern, large kitchen has everything you need for cooking and is also equipped with a dishwasher. The small kitchen table is a cosy place for two to have breakfast.

Furthermore, the flat has a large bathroom with bathtub and glass shower as well as a separate toilet.

There is a small balcony with a chair and table.

Free WLAN with a real speed of 130 mbt/s is offered.

The flat is on the 5th floor, there is no lift, so it is rather something for people who are not afraid of climbing stairs. The beautiful view over Bremerhaven rewards the climb.
