For long stays (28+ nights), electricity is included up to a monthly allowance of 400 kWh. Consumption above this allowance will be charged at actual Meralco cost through Airbnb's Resolution Center.

Meter readings will be recorded at the start and the end (or at the end of each billing period for extended stays) to determine usage.

Most guests stay comfortably within this allowance (280 kWh monthly average). Air conditioning typically accounts for the majority of electricity consumption
