This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
The apartment with its lovely well-maintained garden is only 50m from the sea, yet it is in a calm neighborhood contrasted with the ongoing Zrce action that is still only 10 minutes driving away. No loud parties are allowed.

Relax in your garden, light up the barbecue, walk down to the beach that is right across the street for a night swim.

Several restaurants and bars are within walking distance of the apartment.

The space
Among the many things we offer is a nicely decorated garden where you can enjoy the mornings and evenings. We also have a barbecue, so you can cook yourself if you like. You may also go to one of the nearby restaurants, your choice. :)

Guest access
"Teja" apartment is part of Bobinac Garden apartments. There is another apartment up on the ground floor. The teja apartment is on the first floor, left side. You have a terrace and all the apartments' bedrooms are available.

Other things to note
Families with children are welcome to stay at this apartment, as well as couples, solo travellers, and solo adventurers.
Wireless Internet access and parking are free. A kitchen and bathroom are equipped.

We have one parking spot per apartment. If you plan to come with two cars, please let us know and we can try to arrange free parking for your second car, but we cannot guarantee it.

Neighborhood highlights

Stara Novalja sits just over a small hill from Novalja itself, and the feel of the place changes the moment you're on the other side. Where Pag is typically rocky and stark, our side is green and quiet. It's the kind of neighborhood families come back to year after year, and couples choose when they want a slower pace.

The seaside promenade runs 3 kilometers from Planjka Beach all the way to Uljak Port, so a morning walk can end with a coffee at Caffe Bar Uljak. Planjka and Jadra get most of the attention, and deservedly so, but honestly, you can slip into the water almost anywhere along this shoreline.

Day-to-day stuff is close. There's a local bakery and a convenience store within walking distance, plus places like Konoba Toni and Konoba Porat when you want a proper meal. For seaside drinks, try Uljak, Beach Bar Kesa, or Beach Bar Shark-ić. Bigger grocery runs mean a short drive into Novalja, only a few minutes away.

Why Bobinac Garden Apartments?

We're near the entrance of Stara Novalja, 800 meters from Planjka Beach. The bigger deal is what's directly across from us: a public path to the sea. These paths are rare around here, which means you skip the long detours around private properties that most guests end up taking.
