Tickets per day.
Swimming Pool operating hours is from 6:00am to 10:00pm from Tuesday to Sunday. Mondays are closed for Maintenance.
Please let us know if you would like to use the pool so we can help you avail of the pool tickets before arrival.
* Swimming Pool Rates are as follows:
Non-Holiday - P 150.00 per head
Holiday - P 300.00 per head
Mondays - CLOSED for Maintenance

CHECK IN REQUIREMENTS:
Please provide us the following right after booking confirmation so we can facilitate your Guest Authorization Permit before your arrival:
1. Guest List (max of 3 occupants)
2. Copy of Passports or any PH Gov’t ID of each guest.
Please indicate the number of guests in the booking details. Please note that there is an Additional Booking Fee for Additional Guest on top of 2 Guests.
CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
After your booking confirmation and upon approval of your guest authorization permits, We will send your Self Check-in Instructions and Unique Pin Code to access the Unit.
Feel free to come any time after the 3:00pm. We have a smart door access, no need to turnover the key.
PARKING: We don’t have a designated parking slot in the building, but here are the possible options, subject to availability:u
Outdoor Pay Parking within the property:
Cars:
50Php for the first 5hrs.
20Php for succeeding hrs.
300Php Overnight Parking (1:30am - 6:30am)
Motorcycle: Flat Rate per entry: 50Php.
Street Parking along Roxas Blvd. is free at your own risk.
EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT can only be accommodated if we don’t have guests booked before and after you.
In case Early check-in and Late Check-out is allowed, a minimal fee of P100.00 per hour is charged to cover additional utility costs.
* Please note that the building implements a strict No-Registration, No-Entry Policy. Unregistered Guests and Visitors are not allowed to pass through the Lift lobby gates.
NOISE CURFEW is observed at 10pm - 7am
Other things to note
HOUSE RULES:
1. Strictly No Smoking inside the Unit, Nor in the Unit Balcony or within the premises.
* Building Administration imposes a fine of P5,000 for smoking violations on Unit Balconies and within the premises. An additional P4,500 will be charged for expert odor removal and cleaning of the unit.

4. The Building Implements a strict No Registration, No Entry Policy.
5. Booking fees are set for 2 persons by default. additional P350.00/night will be charged for the 3rd guest.
6. VISITORS:
If you are expecting Visitors, Please Note that The Building Implements a STRICT NO PERMIT, NO ENTRY POLICY. To avoid any inconveniences, Please inform us and send us their names and a copy of their Passport or PH Valid IDs Before your arrival or AT LEAST 2 DAYS In Advance so we can also get permits for them.
**You may have a MAX OF 2 Visitors not staying overnight.
**Late Notice and Bringing of Unregistered Visitors are NOT ALLOWED. you may entertain your visitors at the ground floor lobby.
*Please take note that you will be responsible for your visitor's liabilities. Please advise your visitors to comply with the house rules to avoid neighbor complaints and admin violations with penalty fine.
*Penalty Fee for Failure to return visitor pass is P500.00 per pax
*Any other fine charged due to violation of building admin rules by the guest or guest’s visitors will be charged to guest’s account.
7. The Kitchen is fully equipped for your food preparation, but Deep Frying is discouraged.
8. Please don’t bring or cook smelly food like Durian, Dried Fish, Danggit and the likes.
9. Should you bring kids with you, Please take note that our unit is not baby/child proofed. So please take necessary care and precaution for your child.
10. Please help us conserve energy by turning off AC and lighting fixtures when you are away.
11. Please help us maintain cleanliness of the unit by washing your dishes and gathering your trash and throwing them in the trash room.
12. Please observe building Noise Curfew at 10:00 pm - 7:00 am
13. We provide Guest Amenity Kits & Drinking Water. Other than these, all unit amenities are private property and should not be taken out of the unit. Missing items or damages due to grave negligence shall be charged to guest’s account.
14. If anything gets broken or damaged, Please report to us right away so we can advice what to do and take necessary action to repair or replace.
15. Please Take nothing but photos and good memories with you.
CANCELLATION & REBOOKING POLICY :
Guests must cancel WITHIN 48 HRS OF BOOKING and the cancellation must occur ATLEAST 14 DAYS before check-in to get a FULL REFUND.
For cancellations between 7 and 14 days before check-in is 50% REFUNDABLE.
Cancellations made within 7 days before check-in is NON-REFUNDABLE.
REBOOKING OF DATES should be made WITHIN 48 HRS OF BOOKING or ATLEAST 14 DAYS BEFORE ORIGINAL ARRIVAL DATE and should not be moved beyond 2 WEEKS from original arrival date for it to be approved. (Subject to availability)
REBOOKINGS WITHIN 14 DAYS from original check-in date will NOT be approved and will be considered as CANCELLATIONS; Cancellation Policies will apply.
