- STRICTLY for 4 people only (including infants). The number of guests is checked upon check-in at our lobby. The receptionist will not allow any guests that are not registered in our authorization letter. Infants are not charged in Airbnb but we will charge upon booking especially if they exceed the maximum occupancy.

- Our unit is a Residential Condominium. We expect our guests to follow our Condominium House Rules to avoid penalties and violation fees imposed by our Condo Corp.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited in our rooms and balcony. Please respect our neighbors and our next guests. Smoking leaves a smell and does not go well with our small apartments.

- Airbnb calendar is up-to-date, no need to message if the unit is available if you can click the date that you're interested in.

- Direct booking is allowed but please be informed we have a higher nightly rate for direct bookings. If you want to avail the posted Airbnb rate, book in Airbnb.

Wind Residences, an SMDC project, is located Along Aguinaldo Highway, Barangay Maharlika West, Tagaytay City which is only an hour drive from Manila. It is right after Petron Gas Station if you are coming from Tagagtay Rotonda and beside Summit Ridge Hotel.

Wind Residences is accessible by public transportation. It's located beside the main road and very near to the popular places in Tagaytay such as Starbucks, Gerry's Grill, and Papa Doms.

Robinson's Supermarket is just a few blocks away and the 7-11 convenience store is just on the ground floor.

Should you want to chill, relax and grab a cold bottle of beer, there are lots of nearby restaurants and cafes.
