"BLUU" is a beach glamping facility right next to the sea. It can accommodate up to 14 people, making it the perfect place for families, friends, and pets to enjoy. From the rooftop sky deck, you can enjoy the sunrise and the sea of Kujukuri, and have the vast sky and sea landscape all to yourself. It's also nice to enjoy a fire pit and barrel sauna under the stars. We also have a cafe-like living room where you can enjoy group activities until night.
The new barrel sauna on the first floor deck is available for private use. You can also easily do a low-temperature sauna. The barrel sauna is 10,000 yen per group for unlimited use during your stay, and the BBQ set is 5,000 yen. If you wish, we will provide you with detailed information after your booking is confirmed.
There are local surf spots nearby where you can enjoy activities such as swimming and surfing. There are also many convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance.
The spa resort facility "Taiyo no Sato" is within walking distance, where you can enjoy natural hot springs (black water), rock baths, and multiple saunas.

The space
It is in a good location just off the interchange of the toll road, about 1 hour and a half from Tokyo. It is a 10-minute drive to Ichinomiya, famous as a surf spot, and close to Higashi-Henna.
It has been fully renovated and reborn as the best beach glamping facility. It is a 3-story building with a rooftop, and the interior is 160 ㎡.
The first floor is a bold indoor outdoor space with high ceilings and tatami mats throughout, and you can freely go to and from the deck outside. There is a Weber grill installed outdoors, so you can enjoy BBQ and cooking.
We also have a new barrel sauna that you can enjoy to your heart's content when you rent the entire space! You can also easily do low-ryu. Four Totono chairs are also available.
There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor (bedroom ① 4 single beds + 2 mattresses, bedroom ② 1 double bed + 2 mattresses, bedroom ③ 1 double bed), each accommodating up to 6, 4, and 2 people.
Whether you're family or friends, you can freely divide the rooms.
The 3rd floor is a living room with open windows, an island-style kitchen, and a large 65 "TV, where you can chat with friends until late at night. The living room also has a Ryukyu tatami mat space, where two people can sleep.
The top floor has a sky deck overlooking the Kujukuri sea. There are almost no tall buildings nearby, so you can enjoy a 360-degree view. There is an infinity chair where you can enjoy the vast sky and sea views. (* 4/2025 The parasol has been removed from the roof due to repeated failures caused by strong winds near the sea, and the risk of it flying off and falling over. Thank you for your understanding)

Bath towels, face towels, and toothbrushes are provided for guests. For other amenities (such as shampoo) and facilities, please see the AirB&B amenities and facilities.

The entire accommodation is rented out, so feel free to use everything except the owner's space.
* There is a fee for BBQ use set (Webber BBQ grill, net, charcoal, igniter & banner, tongs, gloves) and fire set (1 bundle of firewood & fire platform) (BBQ use set: 5,000 yen). Fire set: 2000 yen)
(Use is only available outdoors. Please refrain from using it in the tatami mat room.
Condiments are not provided. We would appreciate it if you could prepare your own.
Cars are the main mode of transportation, and it takes about 90 minutes by car from Tokyo.
It is 1 minute from Chosei IC. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles.
By public transportation, it is 55 minutes from JR Tokyo Station to Mobara by express train, and 20 minutes from Mobara Station to Iryanatsu by bus. It is about a 4-minute walk from the bus stop.
All bedding (pillowcases, sheets, duvet covers) is washed and dried in a commercial washer and dryer.
· Alcohol disinfectant spray and hand gel are installed in the room.
Other things to note
Face towels, bath towels, and toothbrushes are provided for the number of people. We also offer shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and more. For more information about the facilities and equipment, please refer to the facility information page.
We usually confirm and reply to booking requests within an hour.

At that time, we will confirm with everyone that they agree to the following usage rules. As soon as we receive your reply, we will approve it, so we would appreciate it if you could reply with "I approve".
(We also use pre-approval to confirm that we can contact and communicate with guests without any problems.)

Please refrain from hosting parties, gatherings, or large groups. In addition, if more than the number of people you applied for use it, we will charge for the number of people who used it.
Barrel sauna (10,000 yen per group, unlimited use during your stay), BBQ set (5,000 yen per group: BBQ grill, net, charcoal, ignition agent & banana, tongs, gloves, outdoor table, outdoor chairs, and other equipment provided), and fire set (1 bundle of firewood/fire pit: 2,000 yen) are all subject to a fee. Please request if you'd like to use it. Please let me know in advance if you want to use it. Please bring your own food and beverages. There is also a fee for bringing BBQ tools due to the extra cleaning.
Please use the BBQ and garden deck by 9 pm as it is a quiet area. Please come inside by 9 pm. If it is difficult to use, we will not be able to host you.
Please wash dishes and cookware you've used and return them to their original places. Also, please return chairs, umbrellas, etc. to their designated locations after use.
All rooms are non-smoking. (When smoking outdoors, please bring a portable ashtray and do not leave any cigarette butts)
Pets are only allowed in the tatami space on the ground floor. Please be careful not to bring them to the second floor or higher. (There may be a separate cleaning fee if you bring them up to the 2nd floor bedroom, etc., as cleaning for pet hair, etc. will be required)
Only up to 2 well-trained small dogs are allowed, as long as they do not damage the furniture or bark unnecessarily. We don't have any dog supplies at the moment (we would like to get them in order).
・ If you damage or stain anything in the room, please be sure to inform us before checking out. Also, if you vomit or otherwise soil the premises, please be sure to contact us and clean up. Please note that if there is any trace of vomiting or contamination after check-out, we will charge an additional cleaning fee of 10,000 yen per location and repair costs if there is any damage.
・ Please note that if you stay after check-out time, we will charge 5,000 yen/hour as an extension fee. (Please understand that due to the nature of the rental, we need to welcome the next guest, and the check-out time needs to be strictly adhered to)
