"Blu" (Blue) is a beach glamping facility just next to the sea.Sleeps up to 14 people, making it the perfect place to stay for close-knit families, groups of friends, or to enjoy spring with your pets. From the rooftop sky deck, you can overlook the sunrise and the sea of Kujukuri, and have a vast sky and sea view to yourself.It's also nice to enjoy a bonfire or barrel sauna under the starry sky.We also have a living room like a cafe where you can enjoy gatherings until night.
The new barrel sauna on the ground floor deck can be rented to the fullest.It is also easy to find a louri.The barrel sauna is all yours during your stay, and you can use the BBQ set for 10,000 yen, and the use of the BBQ set is 5,000 yen.If you'd like, we'll let you know in detail after the booking is finalized.
There are local surf spots nearby where you can enjoy activities such as swimming and surfing.There are also many convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance.
Walking distance to the spa resort facility "Sunshine Village" where you can enjoy natural hot springs (Kuroyu), rock baths, and multiple saunas.

The space
About 1 hour and half from Tokyo, it is in a good location as soon as you get off the toll road IC.It is a 10-minute drive to Higashinami, Ichinomiya, famous as a surfing spot.
It has been fully renovated and reborn as the best beach glamping facility.It is a 3-story building with a rooftop and 160 ㎡ of indoor space.
The first floor is a bold indoor outdoor space with high ceilings, and you can freely come and go with the outside deck.There is a way stove installed outside, so you can enjoy BBQing and cooking in an authentic way.
There is also a new barrel sauna, so you can enjoy it as much as you want!You can also easily roulette.4 Totonoy chairs are also provided for you.
There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor (bedroom ① 4 single beds + 2 mattresses, bedroom ② 1 double bed + 2 mattresses, bedroom ③ 1 double bed), each sleeping up to 6, 4, and 2 people.
Whether you're a family or a group, you can freely divide the room.
The 3rd floor is a living room with open windows, an island kitchen and a 65-inch large TV, so you can chat with friends late into the night.There is also a Ryukyu tatami space in the living room, where two people can sleep.
The top floor is a sky deck with a panoramic view of the Kujukuri sea.There are almost no tall buildings in the neighborhood, so you can enjoy a 360-degree view.There are infinity chairs where you can enjoy the vast sky and sea landscape.(* 2025/4 The umbrella is currently being removed from the rooftop because of the strong wind near the sea, and there is a risk of scattering and falling.Thank you for your patience.)

You will be renting one house in the house, so you are free to use everything except the owners space.

Cars are the main mode of transportation, and it's about a 90-minute drive from the city.
It is 1 minute from Chosei IC.There are 2 parking spaces available.
By public transport, it is 55 minutes from JR Tokyo Station to Mobara by Wakashio Express, and 20 minutes from Mobara Station to Iriyamatsu by bus.It's about a 4-minute walk from the bus stop.
All bedding (pillowcases, sheets, futon covers) are washed and dried in a commercial washer and dryer.
Alcohol disinfectant spray and hand gel are provided in the room.
Other things to note
Face towels, bath towels, and toothbrushes are provided for the number of people. We also offer shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and more. For more information about the facilities and equipment, please refer to the facility information page.
We usually confirm and reply to booking requests within an hour.
(If it's a reservation request in the middle of the night, by the next morning)
At that time, we will confirm with everyone that they agree to the following usage rules. As soon as we receive your reply, we will approve it, so we would appreciate it if you could reply with "I approve".
(We also use pre-approval to confirm that we can contact and communicate with guests without any problems.)

Please refrain from hosting parties, gatherings, or large groups. In addition, if more than the number of people you applied for use it, we will charge for the number of people who used it.
Barrel sauna (10,000 yen per group, unlimited use during your stay), BBQ set (5,000 yen per group: BBQ grill, net, charcoal, ignition agent & banana, tongs, gloves, outdoor table, outdoor chairs, and other equipment provided), and fire set (1 bundle of firewood/fire pit: 2,000 yen) are all subject to a fee. Please request if you'd like to use it. Please let me know in advance if you want to use it. Please bring your own food and beverages. There is also a fee for bringing BBQ tools due to the extra cleaning.
Please use the BBQ and garden deck by 9 pm as it is a quiet area. Please come inside by 9 pm. If it is difficult to use, we will not be able to host you.
Please wash dishes and cookware you've used and return them to their original places. Also, please return chairs, umbrellas, etc. to their designated locations after use.
All rooms are non-smoking. (When smoking outdoors, please bring a portable ashtray and do not leave any cigarette butts)
Pets are only allowed in the tatami space on the ground floor. Please be careful not to bring them to the second floor or higher. (There may be a separate cleaning fee if you bring them up to the 2nd floor bedroom, etc., as cleaning for pet hair, etc. will be required)
Only up to 2 well-trained small dogs are allowed, as long as they do not damage the furniture or bark unnecessarily. We don't have any dog supplies at the moment (we would like to get them in order).
・ If you damage or stain anything in the room, please be sure to inform us before checking out. Also, if you vomit or otherwise soil the premises, please be sure to contact us and clean up. Please note that if there is any trace of vomiting or contamination after check-out, we will charge an additional cleaning fee of 10,000 yen per location and repair costs if there is any damage.
・ Please note that if you stay after check-out time, we will charge 5,000 yen/hour as an extension fee. (Please understand that due to the nature of the rental, we need to welcome the next guest, and the check-out time needs to be strictly adhered to)
