• Maximum occupancy: 2 guests
• No Pets
• No parties or events
• No smoking indoors, on porches, or on decks. Smoking is welcome in the driveway or in rocked and dirt areas of the property.
• Primary renter must be 25+ (21–24 with prior approval)
• Rental agreement required before arrival

• No extra guests beyond booking
Fees & Penalties:
• Over-occupancy: $300 per guest over max
• Unapproved/unlisted dogs at the property: $300 per dog
Security Cameras For guest safety and property protection, two exterior cameras are installed — one at the front entry and one at the rear/back patio area. Cameras are outward-facing and monitor only arrival, parking, and property access. There are no cameras inside the home.

Full access to both structures, the covered breezeway lounge, sauna, hot tub, patio, and private entrance — everything is yours. Keyless entry: your unique code arrives the morning of check-in.
