The newly built villa is located on the first hills of San Teodoro, surrounded by nature and tranquility, but still close to all the main services and the center of the village, which is a couple of minutes away by car.

A fabulous sea view of Cinta beach offers the spectacle of the sunrise from almost all points of the house. Panorama, Relaxation and Tranquility are assured, without sacrificing any comfort.

The space
This exclusive villa has a private heated pool. This allows it to be used in all seasons. Near the pool there is a nice masonry barbecue for cheerful barbecues with friends.
