The newly built villa is located on the first heights of San Teodoro surrounded by nature and tranquility, but still close to all the main amenities and the center of the village a couple of minutes by car.

A fabulous sea view of Cinta beach gives the sunrise show from almost every point of the house. Panorama, Relaxation and Tranquility are guaranteed, without sacrificing any comfort.

The space
This exclusive villa has a private heated pool. This allows you to use it in all seasons. Near the pool is a lovely brick barbecue for cheerful barbecues in company.

In the covered patio in front of the pool, a large table allows you to eat outside.

The outdoor space is completed by two comfortable private parking lots.

The interior is built on two floors and is suitable for families or groups up to 8 people.
On the ground floor we find a large living room with double sofa bed and a kitchen perfectly equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee machine with coffee beans, etc.

In addition, always on the ground floor, we find a spacious double bedroom with a glass window and a large bathroom with a window and double shower.

You go up to the first floor where we find two more rooms with en-suite bathrooms, a double and a double room where you can add two more beds.
