We have the pool serviced once a week.
There might be fallen leaves present at times as we have high winds in the area, but pool is chemically balanced and safe for use.

Full Access: The entire place is yours. All we ask is be a good neighbor, quiet when in front or backyard, and treat the home well.

**No SMOKING inside the house, you can only do so outside**

Since this is Las Vegas and the heat can be tough on air conditioners, Thermostat is locked on 75 however if you do need the temperature change let us know and we can control that for you remotely.

For extra cooling, please use the fans provided and keep doors and windows closed. If you prefer it warmer, we recommend wearing a light jacket or sweater indoors.
