Come stay at our beautiful villa in paradise! Located in the highly desirable Noord / Tuscany Residence Area, our 5 br/4 bath home is stocked with everything you'd want in a vacation home and just a 15 minute walk to the Palm Beach!

The space
A perfect spot to come with family and friends. You will have room to spread out and have your own space. Afternoons by the private pool to unwind with a snack and a cocktail before dinner. Linens, bath, and beach towels are provided for each guest. The kitchen has just about every possible item that you could need. A built in grill by the pool allows you to cook your own meals should you want to stay in for the evening with your group. You will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, dish soap, and all initial necessities met. Grocery stores are only minutes away. Checking in and out could not be easier- you will meet our rental manager (Sartini - she's amazing!) at the house upon arrival and she will be available throughout your stay to help with any needs that may arise.

Scott and I have been renting in Aruba for 10+ years and found most rental units severely lacking. We fell in love with the Aruban people and this island and decided to fulfill a dream and own a home there. This place is different in that it's not set up as a rental - it's where WE live when on island. The kitchen is fully stocked. The pool is cleaned twice per week - pristine. The landscaping is kept neat and tidy. The property has a 9 foot wall all around with security lighting at night that comes on automatically. When you pull up to the property in your car, you hit the remote and the electric gate allows your vehicle entry - great security feature. There is room inside the gate for 2 vehicles and the gardener keeps the 'forever wild' area across the street trimmed for tons of extra parking. The house has 'real' furniture - this sounds absurd, but every place we rented in the past stocked the cheapest stuff one could buy - it was not that high end experience we wanted while on vacation. No one wants to go on vacation and live in a place that is not as nice as one's own home! The gated backyard has an outdoor shower - GREAT for getting the sand off the kids before they come inside and leave one sweeping sand all week. The back patio has a large table for family meals, with a huge roof for shade as well as ceiling fans. There's an outdoor propane grille for barbecuing.
You will likely spend many nights out back playing games and enjoying cocktails, as well as the "SONOS" sound system indoor and outdoor. You can connect through your smartphone and play the tunes that you like - and the sound is amazing!
OK, obviously Scott and I are pretty excited about our place - we want you to make yourselves at home, unwind and treat it like it's your own.

Where you’ll be

The Tuscany Residence Area is a desirable neighborhood across from some of the nicest hotels on the Palm Beach- The Ritz Carlton and The Marriott. The beach is a 15 minute walk away or 5 minutes by car. We do recommend a car on the island as there are many wonderful beaches and restaurants to sample during your stay. Drive along the coast for beautiful views and stop at Malmok or Arashi beaches to swim or for a wonderful meal at Faro Blanco next to the California Lighthouse. Incredible sunset views!
