BLUE LEISURE - C is a cozy 2 BR, with sleeping for 6 with a queen bedroom, small twin bunk room and a queen pullout couch. The unit offers a fully equipped kitchen, updated bathroom and great storage. It also has a large, fenced, private patio. Less than a mile from beautiful downtown Stuart, you’ll enjoy a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and waterfront sightseeing as well as fishing and beaches just a short car ride away! Laundry on premises. $25 per dog fee. 2 Dogs max. No Cats.

The space
Blue Leisure C has a master bedroom with a queen bed and a large closet with a lot of hanging space. In addition, there is a small second bedroom with a set of twin bunk beds. In the bunk room, we have provided a small cabinet for folded clothes as well as a fold down bar for hanging clothes. We have a queen pullout couch. Both bedrooms have a television. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals and it also has a dishwasher. We provide both a drip coffee maker (filters are provided) and a Keurig coffee maker (initial supply of pods are provided). A small high top table (when pulled away from the wall and the leaves extended) allows for 4 people to eat a meal together. There is a private, fenced area for this unit alone, with a large covered table and 6 chairs. A grill is also provided.

Guest access
There is parking for 2 cars. Please park on the right side of the driveway facing the building. A shared laundry room is located on the rear right side of the building. Laundry detergent is located under the kitchen sink.

Blue Leisure C is located in a tri-plex, with 2 other units. All 3 units share a laundry room, located on the rear side of the building.
