BLUE LEISURE – B - Everything is updated in this cute 1 queen bedroom/1 bath unit. The unit offers a small, yet fully equipped kitchen, roomy bathroom and cozy family room with a pullout queen sofa. Located less than a mile from beautiful downtown Stuart, you’ll enjoy a huge variety of shops, restaurants, bars and waterfront sightseeing as well as fishing and beaches just a short car ride away! Laundry on premises. $25 per dog fee. 2 Dogs max. No Cats.

The space
While BL-B, is small, it is cozy and has everything needed for a great stay. It has a separate bedroom and a pullout couch in the family room. The bathroom is roomy and we provide a hair dryer as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, toaster and stove/oven. There is a small kitchen table under the tv that can be pulled out to have seating for four. The entire tri-plex is surrounded by a privacy fence, so if you happen to bring your furry friend, he/she will have a fenced area to safely play in! A shared laundry room is located on premises.

Blue Leisure B has parking for 2 cars. Please park towards the left side of the driveway facing the building., leaving one space on the far left for unit A. To open the gate, push the latch down and push to open the gate. Blue Leisure B is located on the right, just past unit A. The shared laundry room is located on the rear right side of the building. The code to the door is 6789. Laundry detergent is located under the kitchen sink.
