Private wooden house, located in the Las Arenas Boquerón sector, Cabo Rojo. A very simple, quiet and pleasant place, close to the best beaches in Boquerón and restaurants. Perfect place to enjoy as a family. Maximum capacity of 10 people, air conditioning for the whole house. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, Wi-Fi, Basic Cable TV, domino table, terrace with private pool size 10 X 15, depth of 3 to 4.5 feet.
The space
The house has a living room, dining room and kitchen with air conditioning, 3 rooms with air conditioning.
Keep the doors closed while the air conditioners are on, they freeze and stop cooling.
Maximum capacity for up to 10 people. Total of beds 6.
Room 1 - One full bed (includes bedding) 2 people
Room 2 - Two full beds, (includes bedding) 4 people.
Room 3- A bunk bed, down full (2 people) and up twin (1 person) and extra twin bed (1 person) (includes bedding) total 4 people.
We have towels and pillows available. Bathroom soap, toilet paper, and hand soap.
Living room and dining room with air conditioning and TV with Cable TV and WIFI.
Kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and kitchen utensils.
Terrace with private pool, outdoor speakers with Bluetooth or auxiliary cable system, domino table. (We do not have a BBQ, but you can bring your own if you wish.)
-IMPORTANT NOTE - Unfortunately, the electrical system in Puerto Rico is vulnerable, so there may be unexpected outages or maintenance work. Please note that we do not have a power generator or solar panels, so we are not responsible if there is no electricity due to system issues beyond our control. Similarly, the house does not have a water tank, so we are not responsible for any issues with the water service.
Guest access
To enter the house there is a lockbox with a code to access the entrance key. The side gate is not for guest use. You can park on the street in front or next to the blue house. Please do not park on the front property (it is private)

- Check-in time 1:00pm (flexible check-in time) if you need to check in before the scheduled time you can write us and we will gladly let you know if it is possible.
- Check-out time 1:00pm (check-out time is flexible) if you need extra time for check-out you can notify it by message and we will let you know if it is possible.
- Access to the house: An entry code will be sent prior to the stay for access to the key and instructions will be sent to you for the use of outside lights and speakers.
- The house has air conditioning for the whole house. We ask that you keep the doors and windows that do not yet have plastic writing to maintain the efficiency of the airs.
- Maximum capacity for 10 people. (no extra guests allowed) No guests that are not part of the stay.
-We have towels and pillows available (towels only for use in the house) * 15.00 will be charged for lost towel. No towels available for the beach.) bath soap, toilet paper, hand soap.
- Kitchen includes utensils, plates, glasses, microwave oven, and coffee maker. It has no conventional Oven.
-Sala has 50"TV with Basic Cable TV, WIFI.
- Terrace with private pool, chairs, domino table. (NO GRILL) If you wish, you can bring your own.
-No events or guests allowed. Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to use the pool and facilities.
- Parking is available on the street in front of the house or to the right side of the house. Do not park in the lot in front.
- Please remember to lock the house if you go out to the beach.
-Playas nearby: Balneario de Boquerón, Playa Buyé, Playa Combate. Poblado de Boquerón. Restaurants nearby recommended: 101 West, Los Monchies, Pika Pika. Supermercado Centro Ahorros y Panaderías como: Black Bakery y Ritamar.
- Before leaving, check that everything is off, stove, lights, fans.
-Dishes and pots must be left scrubbed.
-On the right side of the patio there are several sapphones where you can leave the trash.
- At the end of your stay, please leave the key in the lockbox where you found it when you checked in.
