Located in the heart of Paris, in a dynamic area not far from Montmartre, the Moulin Rouge and Batignolles, my apartment of about 30 m2 will offer you all the necessary comfort during your Parisian stay.

Neighborhood highlights

The neighborhood is popular, residential and dynamic. The avenue is very well supplied in shops of mouth (butchers, fishmonger, cheese dairy ...), in delicatessens, wine cellars, not to mention the supermarkets (Carrefour, Monoprix, Franprix). You will find several nice bars and restaurants (Random play, Irène et Bernard, Octopussy ...) and lively on the adjoining streets. You can enjoy a ray of sunshine in the pretty square of Les Epinettes, a few steps from the building or borrow a small plot of green castle. Nothing could be easier than walking to Place de Clichy or the Batignolles, enjoying the pretty streets of these districts, their bars, shops, restaurants, Cinema des Cinéastes, Martin Luther King Park ... Or go to the flea market in Saint-Ouen. The most touristic area of Montmartre is also accessible on foot provided you appreciate a small walk (20min walk).
