The space
Living Room: Spacious, A/C, seating for 7, Smart TV, stylish coffee table, balcony with seating for 5 and city views.

Kitchen & Dining: Fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, dining table for 4, sleek breakfast bar with 2 stools.

Bedrooms: 3 rooms with queen beds, A/C, bedside tables, and closets; master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and a Smart TV.

Amenities: Washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, bathroom essentials, hot water, security cameras, and 2 uncovered parking spaces.

Hot Water: The water heater will be available between the hours of 7am until 9pm local standard time daily.

Power Backup: It is important to know that in the Dominican Republic there are power outages. An Inverter/batteries is available in case of blackout that will ensure there is light in the apartment however, it will not power high voltage electronics such as the ACs, fridge, etc. In addition, if the inverter/ batteries exceeds the continuous hours of use, the power will be turned off. Thankfully, up until now we have not experienced extended blackouts where the inverter has exceeded the battery use.

Excessive Electricity Usage: Please be mindful of energy usage when leaving the apartment and ensure to turn off all lights, ACs etc.

For Short Term Monthly Rental ONLY: Guests are responsible for Electric Consumption. An agreement with terms and conditions will be provided and must be signed and returned prior to the check-in date

Guest access
The apartment has 2 uncovered parking spaces that are designed to fit compact small cars ONLY. If your car is too big to fit in one parking space, you may be able to park diagonally across both parking spaces however, we do not guarantee the car will fit.

The service room will not be accessible and will remain locked.

Other things to note
Arrival: Check for satisfactory condition of amenities; report any issues for prompt resolution.

Booking: Guests making the booking must be part of the staying guest list; exceptions for booking on behalf of others only allowed under unique circumstances (inquire if needed).
