Other things to note
⚠️MAX 2 dogs only. No other animals , birds or reptiles. Guests that bring unapproved dogs or animals RISK CANCELATION at no cost/penalty to the Hosts. Include all dogs in your reservation when booking so we can spoil them!
⚠️Dogs must be fully house trained - no pee pads use.
⚠️No Mailbox access or access to the garage and backyard shed.
⚠️Limited child proofing but there are two baby gates for safety around the stairs!
⚠️Smoke and noise monitor on property
⚠️Exterior surveillance system in use
⚠️Not Wheelchair accessible
⚠️Seasonal amenities are not always available. Including but not limited to: patio furniture, sun loungers, lawn games, edible vegetation, cold plunge, backyard access.
⛔No Third Party bookings. This means no booking for family, friends, employees etc.
We do frequent the property for lawn maintenance in the spring and summer as well in the winter for snow removal. In some cases we will need access to the backyard, garage and shed.
Garbage day is Wednesdays. If you should have any trash to dispose of you can throw it right in the bin parked infront of the garage! You'll see one of us or our Handyman, Rick, Tuesday nights or Wednesday mornings putting out the bin for you and I'll be back to put it away for your convenience! If you've acquired some recycling don't hesitate to message us and we can store it in the garage for you until Wednesday 🙂
