Situated on a quaint, quiet street, this walkout studio is filled with midcentury fixtures, original artwork and free, on premise street parking.

Perfect location for enjoying the best of Bloomington. Walking distance to Switchyard park, one mile to campus and downtown and just over two miles to shopping and restaurants on either side of town.

The space
Renovated in 2024, this walkout studio offers an open space with a queen-sized platform bed and a futon that converts into a queen-sized bed. The space is perfect for the solo traveler, couple or friends in search of an easy, relaxing and peaceful stay.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire space, including the backyard and fire pit.

As a Superhost, I welcome any suggestions, feedback, and ideas you have to improve the space for future guests.

Additional Fees:

If your pet (dog only) is joining you, there is a $30 fee for the first night and $20 for every additional night. I will request the additional funds via the AirBnB payment request process for the additional nights.

Please keep your pet off of the bed and furniture. If it appears that your pet has been on the bed or furniture, additional cleaning fees may apply.

During your stay:

This studio is below my living space. From time to time, during high demand weekends, I also rent my living space. I have taken steps to mitigate sound travel between floors, including quiet hours after 10 PM but there is the possibility of some sound such as footsteps and muffled talking.

If you smoke or vape, please do so in the backyard fire pit area. If you smoke inside a cleaning fee of $250 will be applied.

I take immense pride in the overall cleanliness of my space. The cleaning fee does not cover the full cost of the cleaning service. I pay both a living wage AND I invest a portion of your rental fee into maintaining my space for your enjoyment.

I do ask that you do your part and leave my space neat and tidy before you leave to help make the cleaning process easier for the cleaning service.
