Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. We call our company Bliss Oasis for a reason - stay at our dome and feel the bliss of the Rocky Mountain Front in Central Montana. Stars at night, birdsong, crickets, wide open spaces, and access to nearby hunting, fishing, hiking, and paddling. Located 30 miles from Sun River Canyon and 9 miles from small town Augusta, Montana. Hunters welcome!

The space
This is glamping! Occasional dust and bugs are present. The dome has a bed, kitchenette, and dining furniture with a mini-fridge and propane cooktop all in one space. The sink is a "dry cabin" pump system.

The mirrored panels on the dome are not see-through. There is a curtain to cover the see-through panels. You will have as much privacy as you want in the dome. Again, each of the areas for kitchen, dining, and sleeping are all in one space with no partition.

The bathroom is an outhouse and is in a separate building away from the dome. There are no showers at this time. As soon as a shower stall can be built, you'll have a lovely outdoor shower with a view.

The dome is in line-of-sight to a cell tower down valley, so most carriers have cell signal. There is no TV! There is no wifi! This is your chance to connect with nature, decompress, and relax. You'll feel like a million bucks when you put your screen away and read one of the provided books in the mini-library. Trust us. You will.

Guest access
You're in a gulch so you have free reign over the areas surrounding the dome and the outhouse. You'll be the only ones there!

Other things to note
A high clearance vehicle (Jeeps, Subarus, or higher) is recommended, as the last 1.5 miles to the dome is on unmaintained roads.

Montana has lots of wildlife, including at the dome. You may hear coyotes, and occasionally bobcat roam around. Fox, deer, antelope, skunk, and porcupines are prolific. Please keep all food in your car or in the dome. Please do not leave any food out in the open.

The weather patterns and outdoor factors in this area are unique regarding wind, heat and cold. Therefore, we follow the Lewis & Clark County fire regulations, which means NO CAMPFIRES ARE ALLOWED on the premises. Campfires are allowed along the shoreline of Willow Creek Reservoir, about a mile and a half away. If you make a campfire YOU FORFEIT YOUR REMAINING STAY, WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE, AND WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. No exceptions. Truly and honestly, please respect this rule. With the unpredictable climate in this area, campfires are simply too dangerous. Thank you!

Water provided is for hand-washing and kitchen washing only. While it comes from a well and is safe, we cannot guarantee that is it safe to drink if it sits in a container for a while. Please provide your own water for drinking. Feel free to use the water provided for washing hands, kitchen items, etc. The soap provided is good for grey water and septic systems, so please use the soap provided. All water is reused as grey water.

There are milkhouse heaters in both the dome and outhouse in case it's chilly.

Power is provided by solar panels and batteries. It is limited in the wattage draw, so please be mindful of how much power you use at one time.

The sun warms the dome quickly, so in Summer, keep the curtains closed. In Fall, Winter, and Spring, consider keeping the curtains open to warm the dome.

Hey it's Marissa here, your host and resident badass. I embrace the unconventional while settling into the "down home" of rural Montana. I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and spent summers on my grandparents' farm, so I have a unique combo of city sass and country charm. I love hosting people in this area, so if you need anything, please hit me up!
