Neighborhood highlights

Peaceful rural area in the small village of Blanot. The house is precisely located in the hamlet of Nouville, on the beautiful Route des Vins Mâconnais.

Enjoy easy walking and hiking thanks to numerous trails nearby. It's a 40-minute walk from the house to Mont-Saint-Romain, 579 m high. It offers superb panoramic views over the region. At the foot of the mountain are the Grottes de Blanot, which you can visit in summer.

There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area: castle, Cluny Abbey, caves, Solex rides, biking, tree climbing, wine & cheese tasting, etc. Documentation on the sites to discover and the routes to take is provided in the accommodation.

Although a generally very quiet aera, the house is close to a carpenter's workshop, which sometimes makes a little noise when cutting wood. Also, at sometimes of the year, tractors are out working the vineyards. Occasionally, you may hear a little noise during the day if the windows are open.

17 minutes by car from Cluny, its abbey, stud farm and all amenities (supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, delicatessens, etc.).

13 minutes by car from Cormatin, its castle and shops (bakery and butcher's).

And 13 minutes by car from Azé and its caves.

Where I went to school: CELSA - Paris Sorbonne
My work: Digital Marketer
Accustomed to Airbnb as a traveler in Europe, I am happy to offer my accommodation and be able to share the riches of Southern Burgundy. My family's region of origin for generations. Cluny, Charolles, Cormatin, Mâcon, Chalon-sur-Saône... Since childhood, I have spent most of my vacations in this beautiful "country" between vineyards and meadows. I work in digital for a French fashion house during the day. And at night, I indulge in my main passion: the guitar. On the training side, I studied History at Paris 7 University then Marketing at La Sorbonne - CELSA. My favorite destinations: Ireland, Romania, Sri Lanka, Scotland and... Burgundy of course;-) ---------------------- As a regular Airbnb traveler, I am delighted to propose my accommodation and to be able to make people discover the richness of Southern Burgundy. The land of my family for ages! Since childhood, I have spent most of my vacations in this charming place between vineyards and meadows. By day, I work for a French fashion house as a Digital Marketing Manager. Then, at night, I devote myself to my main passion: playing the guitar. During my education, I studied History and Marketing at the University of Paris - La Sorbonne. My favorite destinations are: Ireland, Romania, Sri-Lanka, Scotland and... Burgundy of course;-) Looking forward to meeting you!
