Welcome to our cozy and pet-friendly studio-type pad located in an exclusive gated community in North Point, Talisay City, Neg. Occidental!

The place is close to The District Mall which has a supermarket, a convenience store and places to eat. Explore nearby attractions like The Ruins and Balay Negrense.

As avid pet lovers, we warmly welcome your furry friends to join you on your adventure. Walk with them within our community and make them experience the paw-fect stay with our comfy dog bed.

Guest access
Guests will have the entire property to themselves during the entire duration of their stay. This includes the pad, and the mini garden with parking provision outside the unit.

Patio Greens and Streets
Walking pets are allowed in these areas. Sometimes, you will bump into fellow neighbors walking their dogs too.
