Country living 2 minutes from Alamosa! This beautiful & spacious 2,360 square foot home has THE most beautiful view of Mt. Blanca. Enjoy from the massive outdoor deck or any window on the east side of this charming bohemian home. An enormous master suite boasts a fire place, reading area, & separate bathroom. 2 additional beautifully decorated bedrooms allow for 6 guests. A large living room, dining room, bonus reading room, & large soaking tub ensure a relaxing visit for the entire family!

Other things to note
There is a tenant that lives in the detached garage on the property. She has her own entrance and does not have access to the home at any time .

This home offers unlimited FREE admission for up to 6 guests to Sand Dunes Recreation Hot Springs.

CHECK OUT TIME IS at 11am.
Our cleaners arrive promptly at 11:15am to get the home ready for our next guest. If you haven’t departed by 11am, you will be charged a $25 fee.

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS
Please make sure all instructions are followed when you check out. Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it.

PETS
Pets are not allowed in this home. If it is apparent that a pet has stayed in the home, a $500 fee will be charged.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT
Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request for a $25 fee as long as scheduling allows. We can confirm each of these the afternoon before your arrival/departure. Please let us know as soon as possible so cleaning can be scheduled appropriately.wssy
