Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire BlackTop Lodge Studio during their stay, including all indoor living spaces and designated outdoor areas associated with the property. Self check-in allows guests to arrive at their convenience, making it easy to start enjoying their mountain getaway without delay. Ample parking is available for cars, motorcycles, trailers, and other enthusiast vehicles outside on the side of the building. Clearly marked with parking curbs. The studio area is Not for Parking or to be used as a garage or car storage. Vehicles must be stored and parked outside after photography or detailing is complete. Whether you're spending your time relaxing at the studio, preparing for a day on the Tail of the Dragon, or returning from an adventure through the mountains, you'll have the privacy, flexibility, and space needed to make the most of your stay. There are detailing supplies in the cabinet and extra lighting for streaming or Vlogging under the counter.

To keep the studio clean and safe for all guests, please follow these rules:
Vehicle Rules
• Engines must be off before entering the photography studio
• No idling inside the building
• No mechanical repairs or fluid changes indoors
• Vehicles with significant leaks may not be brought inside
General Rules
• No smoking or vaping inside the studio
• No parties or events
• Quiet hours after 10 PM
• Only registered guests allowed on the property
• Please respect the property and furnishings
Guests may be responsible for damage caused by vehicles, fluids, or misuse of the space.
