Walking distance to Zionsville Village's main street with restaurants and shops. Close to the rail trail for your outdoor fitness wants and needs! This unique Black (exterior) & White (interior) two-unit-bungalow offers modern comfort and will make for a memorable stay. Enjoy two private walk-out decks and one small fenced in yard with this upper unit overlooking the lush surroundings and horse pastures in the distance. We consider a well behaved, house trained pet for an additional pet fee.

The space
This beautiful upper unit offers two bedroom on suites:
- The primary bedroom suite with a King bed and walk in closet opens up to a large bathroom with soaker tub, large shower with bench seating and a double vintage sink.
- The second bedroom offers a canopy queen bed with a walk out deck with beautiful garden views and neighboring stables and pastures, attached to a walk in closet, full bathroom (with stand up shower,) and laundry.
- The spacious and bright dine in kitchen opens up to a large deck for outdoor lounging and dining with access to a small private section of fenced in pet friendly yard.
The unit has a completely private entry through the front porch and two allocated parking spots onto the attached concrete driveway slab with a level 1 EV charging plug: a NEMA 15-30 receptacle which allows a level 2 charger with the appropriate connection. We do not supply the charger (bring your own charger) This receptacle will carry up to a 30 amp charge.
The separate lower unit has it's own private side entry and driveway. NO common or shared spaces between units.

Guest access
Guest to this unit have access to the upper level unit through the main entry and front porch, both private patio/decks, small fenced in section of yard and parking driveway. Note: The basement walk out level onto the backyard belongs to the separate "Owner Suite," that has it's own private driveway on the other side of the property with their own private access to the non fenced in back yard and pool deck. NO communal accesses or shared spaces.

Other things to note
NOTE: We commit to providing basic necessities (soap, shampoo, TP…) for up to 3 nights stay after which it is up to the guest to source and tailor their supply needs at the nearby markets or stores.

The WASHER has had a small technical issue since purchase (that the service technician couldn't repair since it didn't present itself during his repair service visit, ironically.) To start the washer: one needs to HOLD/PUSH the door shut until the cycle starts and latches the door shut. Otherwise, the cycle doesn't start. Sorry for the inconvenience. Works great otherwise.
