Overlooking the mighty Himalayas, tucked in the nooks of the Kumaon in our 7-acre private estate at 5200 ft, is a cozy, pet-friendly luxurious cottage incorporating nature and serenity through an indoor-outdoor living space!

Housing 3 charming bedrooms with beautiful views, Bir Terraces is complemented by rustic fireplaces, farmland, a shack, and cricket & badminton courts offering peace and tranquility.

We've got an all-day chef and two caretakers on-site to cater to your every request.

The space
The property is equipped with a running track, yoga space,a shack, and cricket & badminton courts, and entertainment rooms- all while overlooking the beauty of Uttarakhand!

Hiking can also be arranged on request.

The house is designed on principles honoring the environment and sustainability. We are inching to be a zero-chemical home, while already housing greywater and rainwater harvesting systems!

We've got our own Organic farm where grow our own herbs & vegetables and follow natural farming practices, producing in-house pesticides, and fertilizers with no chemicals.

Other things to note
Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us. Here are a few quick things to keep in mind:

‣The number of guests must not exceed the
count mentioned when booking.
Accommodation for staff members such as a
nanny, driver, or caretaker can be arranged at an
additional charge of 1200/day including meals.

‣The last mile stretch is still a mud road/kaccha
road. We suggest you not travel in cars with lower
ground clearance for your safety. We will,
however, assist you with our driver on standby in
case you face any difficulties.

‣We've got a caretaker and an experienced chef
with a background of having worked with ITC. We
offer an extensive à la carte menu that covers
almost all the cuisines with Indian, Continental,
Chinese, Italian, and Kumaoni (Pahadi). Non-veg
isn't cooked/served on the premises.

‣We treat 5 Furry Dogs and Adorable Cats on the
property like family. You are more than welcome
to get your pet companion along but, kindly note
we cannot tie our dogs up, as they serve us for
security purposes as well. Additionally, food for
your dog can be availed at Rs.500/day.

‣ We've got Wi-Fi across the property that has a
speed ranging from 8mbps~40mbps according
to the speed test. Since we're on the hills, The
speed/quality may vary during the peak usage
hours of the town. (Usually around 9 pm).

Besides the charming hill stations of Nainital, Almora, and Mukteshwar are just a short drive away. For the adventurous, this place can serve as a base camp for long trekking routes to places like Pindari glacier
