-The property has cell service and Wi-fi however it's the Adirondacks and service is often poor for cell phones. We highly suggest writing down your door code and Wi-Fi password before arrival. Upon arrival, we suggest setting phones to W-FI calling during your stay for best results and have also provided a landline phone for additional phone service.

-The property has 1 security camera under the corner of the covered porch by the side door. It is both a flood light and camera only to monitor weather, driveway conditions, package delivery, and garbage removal. The field of view aims only on the driveway and not at space typically occupied by guests. It is triggered by motion only.

-Air conditioning from approximately (Memorial day - Labor Day)

-Please remember you are staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the house with respect. Additionally, as mentioned in the “house rules”, this is not an area for parties, as it is a quiet and peaceful retreat. Guests are asked to be respectful of the surrounding neighbors as it is a small community.

- Please read and follow all hot tub information provided for safe operation.

-Pets are welcome with additional fee (maximum of one dog per pet fee) and separate signed pet agreement.

“Our dream come true, we want to share with you!” We are John and Lindsay and have always dreamed of having a place in the ADKS for our family to make memories. John, an avid outdoorsman who enjoys landscaping, fishing, hunting, hiking and a good craft beer and Lindsay, a former high school theatre teacher/director now middle school guidance counselor, who loves a good project are so excited to take on this new adventure. We’ve so enjoyed finishing the home and adding our own special touches. Most of the ADK style furniture was handmade by John, while Lindsay’s decorative touches can be seen throughout.
