Bill's Landing is your private ocean-side garden suite in the heart of Granthams Landing, Gibsons. This luxury coastal haven is a perfect getaway for two, offering breathtaking views and thoughtful details crafted for your ultimate comfort and relaxation.

Step into a bright, light-filled space where modern comfort meets the beauty of the Sunshine Coast. The cozy living area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration, while a dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi (654 Mbps) allow you to stay connected. For your entertainment, you'll find:
A large screen TV with full Telus Optic TV
An Xbox One for gaming enthusiasts

At the heart of the suite is a modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring premium appliances. Your culinary setup includes:

A whisper-quiet Bosch dishwasher, convection oven, microwave, air fryer, blender, toaster, and electric kettle.

Complimentary coffee (Keurig and French press) and a selection of teas.

Rest peacefully in one of two beautiful bedrooms, both wrapped in high-thread-count linens. Each bedroom has it's own TV with full Telus Optik.

The first bedroom features a plush Queen bed, while the second offers a comfortable Full Double bed. The stylish full bathroom is stocked with fluffy towels and luxurious spa robes for a touch of indulgence.

Your suite opens onto a private sanctuary with stunning ocean and mountain views. Surrounded by gorgeous gardens and a serene fish pond, your exclusive outdoor space includes:

A private, covered hot tub with spectacular views of Keates Island and Gibsons Harbour.

A 10x10 dining gazebo for enjoying meals in any weather.

A natural gas BBQ for grilling your favorite dishes.

A natural gas patio heater for cooler evenings.

An outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse after the beach.
