The farm villa consists of 4 bedrooms with attached washrooms and living room, kitchen, dining area and two pools.

Security:

The farm is fully equipped with cameras for all the common areas other than the property for stay.

24 hours property caretaker is available at the property.

Guests have EXCLUSIVE access to the entire property.

Guests booking the farm will enjoy complete privacy and full access to the 1 acre farm house villa and lawns.

Zomato/Swiggy service is available at the location.

Cabs booked via Uber and OLA will easily pick you up from the doorstep.

Events and Gathering:

Big tree villa can be booked for private celebrations, birthday parties, family affairs, pre/post wedding ceremonies, corporate events, etc

Property can accommodate upto 100 guests.

Parties are allowed.

For large gatherings customisations can be done as per the requirement.

We can organize catering & decor for events through our catering & decor partners at affordable rates.

Bonfire Charges - Rs. 1000 per bonfire (for 2 hours).

Barbecue is Chargeable at Rs 2000/


Decoration and catering is also available.


Guests may use the parking facilities at their own risk. The host/owner shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, theft, damage, accident, or injury involving vehicles or their contents while parked outside the property.


Please note that additional lights and Dj runs on power backup.
If our genset is used -Diesel consumption is 800 per hour.
