The Big Red Beach House features five bedrooms accommodating up to 11 guests. Upon booking, bedrooms will be allocated in accordance with guest configuration.
This two storey home offers on-shore breezes, water views, a large deck extending from the kitchen featuring BBQ/entertainment area. The master bedroom leads to a private balcony.
The unit at the front of the house is not included and is unoccupied.

* 4 x queen bedrooms with one additional king single; all rooms have fans.
* Common area connecting all bedroom; air-conditioned.
* Share bathroom (twin vanity and shower/toilet).
Downstairs: office/study, living/dining/kitchen, 4 burner BBQ/deck:
* Large 'mudroom' entrance with storage capacity for hanging day clothes/beach towels and storing footwear.
* Spacious office/study with writer's desk, shelving, filing cabinets and free wi-fi.
* Toilet and washroom.
* Open plan living and dining space with LG 50" smart TV, CD player/radio; air-conditioned.
* Commercial style kitchen with ILVE five-burner gas cook top and two electric ovens, LG upright fridge/freezer and Ariston dishwasher.
* Outdoor entertainment deck with four-burner gas BBQ (seating under cover).
Included: Aldi coffee machine and pods, black tea and sugar. All linen and bedding, towels, hand towels, bath mats, initial supply of toilet paper, air freshener, hand wash at all basins, bin liners, all required kitchen and household/BBQ cleaning products and utensils (including dishwasher and washing machine). Shampoo, conditioner and bodywash supplied via shower dispensers.
Outside:
Plenty of on-site parking available for vehicles, boats, trailers etc. and outdoor shower.
This fully equipped, modern, two storey family home is situated in walking distance to all township amenities including the main attraction, the coloured sands of Rainbow Beach.
The public swimming pool is situated 100 metres from the house with the beach another 100 metres after that.
This is not a fully fenced property.

Access to all five bedrooms is provided when the house is booked at full bedroom capacity of 11 guests: 1 king bed, 4 queen beds, 1 king single.
This is an elevated property featuring internal and external stair access.
Other things to note
Telstra/Belong free internet and wi-fi is provided. Note Rainbow Beach is a regional township where services can be slower due to high demand during peak holiday seasons or unavailable due to electrical outages.
Beach towels are not provided.
Removing private property from the house is not permitted, this includes bed linen, cushions/blankets, kitchenware etc.

Known as the 'gateway' to K'gari, Fraser Island (10 minute ferry trip), Rainbow Beach is famous for its coloured sand cliffs (Carlo Sandblow) and many holiday activities including beach 4WDing, horseriding, para-gliding, helicopter rides, canoeing, fishing, surfing and expansive bushwalking tracks discovering freshwater lakes and creeks along the way.
