Relax in this cozy apartment with swimming pool and sauna in the heart of “Les 4 Vallées”. Enjoy over 400 km of slopes during snow season or discover hundreds of beautiful walking trails. The apartment has a recently renovated open plan living area and a very spacious south-facing balcony connected to the living area and bedroom. It is situated quietly on walking distance from the center of the village and is served in winter by a free shuttle bus that takes you to the ski lifts in 5 minutes.
The space
The apartment comprises 48 square meters of living space and is adapted to all modern needs. Free WiFi and a flat screen TV with DVD player are available in the apartment.
Rooms: one bedroom, a recently renovated open plan living area with double sofa bed, dining room and open kitchen with bar, a hall with room for jackets and ski helmets, a small but convenient bathroom, and a very spacious south-facing balcony.
In the building there is a freely accessible swimming pool with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, a sauna (paid with coins), and a ski cellar. Furthermore, there is a shared garden at the back and to the side of the building, that can be watched from your private balcony. Your kids can play outside freely while you have a glass of wine on the terrace!
A private parking space is provided at the front of the building.
Guest access
Apart from your private apartment with spacious balcony, you are more than welcome to enjoy the large, communal pool and sauna, as well as the shared garden with more than enough space to go sledding.

Haute-Nendaz is the most central of the 6 villages at "Les 4 Vallées", Switzerland's largest ski area and the third in size of the European Alps with its 412 km of slopes. It lies on a sunny terrace above the Rhone Valley near Sion, the capital of the Valais. In winter it has everything a winter sports enthusiast could want. There are slopes for all levels, but the area is especially known for its off-piste and freeride opportunities, offering an adventurous environment for experienced skiers.
During the warmer seasons, it is a holiday resort popular with bikers and hikers. Around Nendaz there are approximately 250 kilometers of hiking trails, a network of paths running from the orchards in the valley up to the high alps. Owing to the dry climate of the Valais, farmers built a system of irrigation channels across the region centuries ago. Nendaz has the biggest network of these ‘bisses’ or 'suonen', some of which are still used, and 98 km of footpath now run along 8 of them. Nendaz offers a richly varied children’s program and has been awarded the ‘Families Welcome’ seal of quality. There are child-minding facilities for toddlers; toy hire; craft programs; footpaths suitable for pushchairs; and playgrounds: absolutely everything for our smaller visitors.
The terrace of Nendaz, stretching from 1300 m to 1400 m in altitude, commands a fantastic view of the Bernese, Valais and Vaud Alps. A modern holiday resort has grown up all around the center of this delightful old Valais village with its traditional timber houses, barns and grain stores.
The apartment is quietly situated in residence "Bietschhorn" on a stone's throw from the center of the village and is served in winter by a free shuttle bus that takes you to the ski station in 5 minutes.
