Located a 7-minute walk from the train station, and 150 m from the Arènes, this cozy townhouse of 56 m2, on one floor, will offer you a quiet stay in a small, quiet street.
Ideal location in the heart of the historic center, close to many shops and restaurants, you can also park your vehicle nearby if necessary (paid parking on site and free 350 m away)

You can enjoy a spacious living room with storage, a comfortable sofa, dining area for 4 people, TV, fiber Wi-Fi access and a fully equipped open kitchen: oven, induction stove, dishwasher, hood, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, kettle...
