Fully renovated in 2024, this ground-floor studio is ideally located in Villefranche-sur-Mer. It features a balcony with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean. Just steps from the Citadel, the old town, shops, and restaurants like Le Mayssa and La Mère Germaine. The beach and train station are a 10–15 minute walk away. Less than 30 minutes from Nice Airport and 15 minutes to Monaco by train. No private parking, but several public parking areas nearby.
The space
Although the studio is compact (less than 250 sq ft), it was fully renovated in 2024 and thoughtfully designed to offer a comfortable and functional space. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new appliances, including a Smeg toaster and kettle. Pasta, coffee, and tea are provided for guests.
The sleeping area is open to the rest of the apartment and features motorized blackout shades, a spacious dresser, and a Smart TV.
