This private home is nestled in a spacious property in Bucal, Amadeo, Cavite. It offers a relaxing respite and cool breeze, amidst the natural environment—just a few minutes away from the metro.

LOCATION

AVAILABLE DATES
The available dates for the cabin are noted in the calendar of the listing.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Booking and payment are accepted through Airbnb only. Direct bookings are not allowed. Rates are fixed and noted in the listing.
GUESTS
The property can accommodate up to 12 persons only.
Guest with confirmed booking will be asked to send a copy any government ID for documentation and endorsement of host to caretaker, as well as verification upon arrival.
Guest must also send names of all companions who will be staying over upon booking confirmation.
Guest who is booking for someone else must declare this to host before booking. After approval of host, guest should provide names and copies of the government ID of the occupants after the booking is confirmed.
Any visitors coming but not sleeping over must be coordinated with and approved by host, before booking. Visitors not on the list will not be allowed entry to the property. All visitors must leave before 9:00 PM.
PARKING
Four vehicles can fit in the parking area within the property grounds. Vehicles parked elsewhere are not the responsibility of the host.
THE HOUSE
The house is exclusive for use of the guest and companions. It is fully fenced and gated.
For security and protection, keep the gate of the house closed at all times—also to avoid stray dogs from entering the property.
It is nestled amidst nature. It can also get cold sometimes and insects are inevitable.
LIVING ROOM
The living room has a sofa and coffee table. There is a stand fan and ceiling fan as well.
DINING AND KITCHEN
The dining area sits 12 persons. There is a stand fan too.
Dinnerware and kitchenware are available for use. Wash, clean, and return them where you found them after use.
There is a gas stove with LPG, microwave oven, rice cooker and refrigerator.
A 5-gallon container of drinking water is provided for each night of booking. Bring extra if you will need more.
There is a fire extinguisher located at the left bottom-most shelf in the kitchen.
There is a trash bin under the kitchen sink.
Bring your own cooking supplies, dishwashing liquid and sponge.
BEDROOMS
There are two airconditioned bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has one queen bed and one double deck bed, with a bathroom in the room as well.
Bedroom 2 has one queen bed and two double deck beds.
There will be two extra mattresses if there will be 12 persons that will check in as noted in the booking.
Beddings, pillows, and blankets are provided—enough for the number of persons that will check in.
TOILET AND BATH
There is a bathroom in Bedroom 1--with toilet and bidet, shower with heater, pail and dipper, and sink.
There is another toilet and bidet, shower with heater, pail and dipper, and sink for common use in the hallway outside the bedrooms.
In the garden area, there is also a bathroom with shower, toilet, and pail and dipper.
All toilet and bath areas have trash bins as well.
Bring your own towels and toiletries.
INTERNET
We have a Starlink high-speed internet subscription. Credentials will be sent to you before check in. There is also a QR code by the router.
Note that the host is a customer of the internet provider as well and does not control the connection.
OUTDOORS
The property has an extensive outdoor space—with a garden, pool, and grill area.
We have outdoor cameras installed for safety and security.
GARDEN
There is a table and chair set that can sit four persons.
No bonfires allowed.
POOL
The swimming pool is four feet deep and 2.5 x 5 meters in size. It is not heated and is not a hot spring.
No food and drinks inside the pool.
GRILL AREA
Grilling is only allowed at the designated area in the garden.
Bring your own charcoal.
PETS
You will need to let us know if you will bring pets before booking.
Small pets (10 kilograms and below) are allowed, subject to following—
No pets on the beds/mattresses and sofa
No pets in the pool
Supervised off leashing only
We allow up to three small pets only. Big pets (above 10 kilos) are not allowed in the property.
Any damage by pets will be charged to guest.
CHECK IN
Check in is strictly at 2:00 PM. If guest will come at a later time, advise host so arrangements can be made for caretaker to come at your time of arrival. Caretaker will hand over keys to guest upon arrival. We do not release the keys of the property to companions unless initially agreed upon by host and guest.
Guest and companions are not allowed to leave belongings before check in.
CHECK OUT
Check out is at 12:00 noon.
Property staff will be in the property 15 minutes before 12:00 noon.
If guest will check out will be earlier than 12:00 noon, guest must advise host or caretaker to coordinate turnover of keys.
Guest and companions are not allowed to leave belongings after they check out.
Management is not responsible for things guest and companions leave after check out.
COMMUNICATION
The best way to get in touch with the host is through Airbnb message.
There is also a caretaker that guest can communicate with through Viber once checked in. Caretaker's Viber number will be shared with guest before check in.
Host will provide mobile number of guest to caretaker, as noted in the profile on Airbnb. Caretaker will only communicate with guest through this official number. Guest must not give out the caretaker’s contact details to companions and ask them to communicate on his or her behalf as they will not be entertained.
The caretaker and property staff serve the right to enter the property during emergency situations.
REMINDERS
Do not stick anything on the walls or glass.
Keep the noise to a decent level.
Videoke/karaoke is not allowed.
Big parties and events are not allowed.
Smoking and vaping are allowed in the outdoor area only.
Keep the gate closed at all times.
Property staff are not allowed to run personal errands for guest.
There are neighborhood stores in the main road should you need some basic items.
There are no cleaning fees so guests are expected to clean up after themselves.
Any damage to property by guest and companions, including pets, will be charged accordingly, as well as days the property will be closed for repair.
